In short: KSquirrel is an image viewer for KDE with disk navigator, file tree, multiple directory view, thumbnails, extended thumbnails, dynamic format support, DCOP interface, KEXIF and KIPI plugins support.

Requirements: KDE 3.5x, QT 3.3x, OpenGL, ksquirrel-libs.

Important: you should have video drivers installed. Visit your videochip's manufacturer site for the detailed information (nVidia, ATI, ...).

Current version: 0.8.0 (updated Dec 07, 2007). At this time KSquirrel supports 57 image formats.
